Yoga is a great exercise to partake in if you’re looking for a way to strengthen and tighten your core. At Peoples Fitness Journey, our Hot Yoga classes focuses on Vinyasa Flow and Yin. Vinyasa is a style characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. In addition, yoga can help you:
  • Increase endurance, flexibility, and strength.
  • Improve your mental endurance and physical stamina throughout holding postures for extended breaths.
