12-WEEK TAILORED PROGRAM
Tailored programs are on a 12-week schedule, designed for the need of the individual. This could be someone new to the gym and would like to have a structured workout schedule. Someone who would like to improve their training progress or incorporate cardio into their workout program. From Novice to Intermediate all programs are monitored to ensure you are progressing in your training.

Our gym is cleaned daily and cleaning supplies can be found in multiple locations throughout the gym for easy access for all.
